Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it with a clear statement of your decision, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You must send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
  2. Send the item back to the following address within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal: Nuvaro Store, Via Roma 1, 80121 Volla NA, Italy.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging whenever possible. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it, we will refund the price of the item(s) using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). Original standard shipping costs are refunded as well, as required by law, if you withdraw from the whole order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where the problem is on our side.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it and we will do our best to cancel it and refund you in full.
