Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered in approximately 4-5 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs checks or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information may take a short time to update after your order ships. If you have not received an update after several days, please contact us.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us at amministrazioneguide@outlook.it with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
